Our technology

In order to comply with legal environmental requirements in certain water areas, our company develops, manufactures, and sells machines that can be used to clean environmentally friendly coatings from objects submerged in water without the need for divers. 

The brushed-off particles are sucked up at the point of origin and collected in collection baskets with filters. The filtered water flows back into the surrounding water by gravity.
In addition, the mobile watercraft is equipped with cameras to perform and store visual inspections in the water.

Submerged objects, such as underwater ships, are cleaned using a remote-controlled brush unit, which is parked on the floating adapter of the watercraft when not in use.
The waterline surface is cleaned by two counter-rotating brush rollers, pressed against the surface by the watercraft.
The machine can also be operated from the jetty or boat deck via radio remote control.

This type of machine was developed by us based on the results of a funding project between 2012 and 2013, in collaboration with the DBU and Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, Project 29437/01 - Environmentally friendly washing system for recreational boats with biocide-free coatings.
In this final report, the university concluded that the combination of environmentally friendly coatings and brush cleaning in water with particle extraction works and could be a promising approach for the future.
